The data obtained through this questionnaire is collected and processed exclusively for the purpose of selecting candidates for a published/potential job position within the JGL Group (which, for the purposes of this document, includes: JADRAN – GALENSKI LABORATORIJ d.d., Adrialab d.o.o., JGL d.o.o. Ljubljana, JGL d.o.o. Beograd-Sopot). In the event of cooperation with external partner agencies, the data is considered confidential business information and will not be unauthorizedly distributed or used for any purpose other than the one stated.
Access to the data is granted to employees of JADRAN – GALENSKI LABORATORIJ d.d. responsible for conducting the selection process, as well as to the aforementioned external recruitment agencies, in the event of cooperation between these agencies and JADRAN – GALENSKI LABORATORIJ d.d. for the purpose of assisting in the selection process.
After selecting the “Submit Application” option, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your application.
By selecting the option "I want JGL d.d. to retain my data for 36 months and inform me about future employment opportunities", you give your consent for the collection and storage of your personal data in the database of JADRAN – GALENSKI LABORATORIJ d.d. for a period of 36 months from the date of your application, exclusively for the purpose of potential employment. Otherwise, your data will be deleted from our database after 6 months from your application.
At any time, you are entitled to request access to your personal data, correction or deletion of personal data, or restriction of processing of personal data relating to you, or to lodge a complaint with the competent authority regarding the processing of such data, as well as the right to data portability. In all such cases, the processing and collection of your personal data for the above-mentioned purposes will cease as soon as objectively possible from the date of receipt of your written request or the occurrence of the above-mentioned circumstances.
